BE FLUENT IN KINDNESS

Kindness as it is, is key to  peace building and Progressions. Do you remember the last time you were kind to someone? Even your veryself?

First of all, what is kindness —the quality of being friendly, generous, and considerate towards others.

And KINDNESS in all things, has a positive impact on yourself as well. Everybody can use a little bit of kindness in their life, most especially in thier workplace, communities, associations etc. because kindness enhanced development, unity, peace and understanding.

Myrah Abrar said, "Kindness is a Harbinger of Hope."

Your one small act of kindness can be life-changing for another person. Kindness brings hope to people’s lives and can motivates them to live on and succeed.

Scientists have even found that kind acts trigger the production of happy hormones such as dopamine in the body. People who help others through their words, actions or money experience a deep satisfaction that brings a positive change in their lives, as well as the lives of the people they help.

Jackie Chan once said, " Sometimes it takes only one act of kindness and caring to change a person’s life.”

Yes even the whole world. The words of kindness are more healing, it bind humanity.Gratitude is the inward feeling of kindness received.

Franklin D. Roosevelt also made it clear that,

"Human kindness has never weakened the stamina or softened the fiber of a free people. A nation does not have to be cruel to be tough.”

In all things be kind where possible. It's great for peace building. The smile, encouragement, positivity and the peace that you bring to another’s face is priceless.

Don’t forget to be kind to yourself as well. This past year has been tough on us all and many are struggling with their mental issues, COVID-19, depression, mental health, job lost due to COVID-19, broken-hearted, Marriage matters, etc.Take some time out for YOU. Take care of yourself and treat yourself as you would others.

Self-kindness means not judging yourself harshly. It also means not holding yourself to impossibly high standards.

Make an effort to change other’s lives by little acts of kindness and don't ever forget yourself.
